On Wednesday, the action begins quite early. The four Crew-4 astronauts will say their final goodbyes at 10:05 a.m. EDT (1405 GMT).
And one of them is Samantha Cristoforetti, the current ISS commander from the European Space Agency.
During a change-of-command ceremony around the same time, Russian cosmonaut Sergey Prokopyev will take charge of the orbiting lab.
